Avoid Draining Costly Fluids

J.S Barry Industries offers pipefreezing as a solution towards costly pipe maintenance or line modification. Using liquid nitrogen, pipe freezing simplifies your project by creating solid freeze plugs of the product in the designated line. From here the necessary repairs or changes are performed; including welding and soldering.

Once completed, the plugs are subjected to a controlled thaw until the line returns to normal operation. This procedure is completed with no drain down and no loss of process product. Most freeze plugs sizes range between ½” and 48” and may be used in most industrial & commercial situations.
